British, 19th century, hinged upper shelf over a hinged seat opening to a chamber pot with wooden lid, set on turned legs, 39 x 21-1/2 x 15-1/2 in., break and repair to chamber pot lid (chamber pot associated and upper lid will not close with chamber lid in place), crack to lower shelf, minor veneer chips at skirt, other surface wear, flaws and stains
