Mounted Barometer
French, 19th century, enameled dial signed "Passemant Au Louvre", ribbon and cornucopia-decorated top set with an oval porcelain plaque depicting a putto holding a barometer, central plaque depicting a putto riding on a scroll, enameled throat panel set with coiled glass tube with mercury, 41 x 11 in., upper dial lacking hand and two mounting screws, scattered surface drips and areas of corrosion, heart emblem at top of crest likely a replacement.
