Belgian, circa 1900, ruby casing with stylized floral motif on ruby neck and base, gilding, textured frosted ground of pale green crystal, original cameo stopper with ruby disk and frosted shading on colorless crystal, bottom of plug engraved "42", 7-1/4 in. tiny chips to bottom of plug, some wear to gilding, slight base wear, one flaw to rim possibly as made.
