British, 19th century, four graduated baluster form by James Yates, impresses "Yates" on rim, three with brass collars, inscribed on side and bottom, "Imperial Measures", hallmarks on rims, 2-1/4 in to 6-1/4 in.
Provenance: Collection of Marion and Theodore Gore, Williamsburg, Virginia. According to the family, the Gores purchased most of their pewter, brass and copper from Jack Casimir Ltd. in London.
