19th century: comprising two Russian boxes, each with hinged lid, opening to a burled interior, larger 3-3/8 x 5-1/8 in.; Swiss horn snuff box carved with a scene titled "Le Seurment de Trois Suisses" after "The Grutli Oath" by Jean Leonard Lugardon (Swiss, 1881-1884), 1-5/8 x 2-7/8 in.
