Colton and Co., 1855, map folded into patterned cloth boards with gilt lettering on the front cover, map 20-3/4 x 25-3/4 in., covers 5-3/4 x 3-3/4 in., the map is very good with some scattered foxing, minute loss at the creases; the covers are a bit edgeworn, with tiny bits of loss on the corners and near the spine .
