Germany, probably Saxon Porcelain Manufactory, Potschappel, late 19th century or early 20th century, male and female street musicians with straw hats dressed in fur-lined robes over flowered clothes and playing stringed instruments, she has a birdhouse on her back and he carries a box with rats; standing on small dome-shaped pedestals with applied scrolls; painted blue mark on base of female is conjoined "P" and "S" over "Dresden", male not marked; female 11-1/4 in., male 12 in., female figure with missing finger, repairs on leaf in urn and flap of robe, possibly missing a bow, other protruding parts are rough; male figure has chip on hat, repaired hands, repairs on neck of instrument, some roughness on edges.
