British, .31 caliber, octagonal steel barrel, each with loading lever, one cylinder engraved with wheel, lock plates and back straps with foliate etching, one marked "Patented Dec 27, 1859", under loading lever one marked "993" and the other "1168", one with small brass sight, one with steel sight
Note:pitting and scratching to surface with dark patina to metal throughout, hammers, cylinders and loading levers work appropriately, marring and some loss to wood grips, one exposed screw on one grip
