late 19th/early 20th century, both with repeating geometric designs on cobalt ground central panels, ivory and red highlights, 4 ft. 3 in. x 5 ft. 2 in. and 4 ft. 3 in. x 8 ft., pile varies from low to none with visible foundation, abrash, corrosion, the larger reselvedged, end losses, no reduction found. Provenance: Property from the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, to benefit future acquisitions
