mid 20th century, comprising: Joe Hayman (Coinjock, North Carolina), canvas-over-wire body, swimming form, laminate wooden head and neck, wooden bottom board with rigging loop, 9 x 26 x 9-1/4 in.; John Albert Lundgren (Kearney, Nebraska, patented 1941), wheat straw-stuffed, canvas-bodied field decoy, turned head, post receptacle at base, hanging loop at tail as made, 16 x 26 x 9 in.

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.

both with losses to paint, surface grime and handling wear commensurate with age and use, Hayman paint appears original with some crazing at breast, rust at tack heads, honest wear to canvas at frame joints, two small canvas punctures at left side, split at base of neck limited to one laminate section, Lundgren body likely repainted, heavy stitching at back, breast and tail may indicate burst seams, small canvas puncture at right side
