Japanese, [Asahi-yaki] bowl from Uji, Kyoto with reference on accompanying [tomobako to] “gohan chawan” or Yi Dynasty Korea because of the pinkish color with slip inlay, faint inlaid signature to base partially filed down, 3 x 5-1/2 in.; iridescent hand-formed black raku bowl with incised seal to base in unsigned lacquered box, 3-1/4 x 5-1/4 in., (four pieces).
