larger example with cracks and checking to top, feet replaced, some scattered pest damage with some associated minor losses, other possible restorations (underside of top and upper rails with later black paint); smaller appears to have good integrity, typical scattered cracks, one breakout and repair to leg at joint with stretcher, one upper rail an old replacement (pine), one lower rail with two old nail scars at underside, old refinishing
