Documents, James Monroe and Andrew Johnson
Monroe document is a partially printed land grant dated March 20, 1818, signed by Monroe at the top and bottom, with wax seal attached, 9-5/8 x 12-3/4 in.; Johnson document is a partially printed land grant dated April 2, 1866, signed by Johnson, with wax seal attached, 9-7/8 x 15-3/4 in. Monroe is good condition, handwritten text is a bit faded, overall toning; Johnson is near fine condition. Provenance: N/A

Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser’s risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges.
