American, late 19th century, twelve inch cylinder, retains original lithographic label with twelve songs including "Racquet," "Liberty Bell", "Two Little Girls in Blue", "Mary Queen", "Blue Danube", "Washington Post March", "Rock-a-Bye Baby", "Babies on Our Block", "Dixieland", "A Country Wedding", "Robin Hood", "Happy Thought", steel cased works stamped "USA/PATENT/SEPT 25th/1894", in a rectangular paneled walnut case, with carved foliate panel on front, raised on bracket feet, key wind, 8-1/2 x 28-1/4 x 12-1/4 in., in good working order at time of examination, split to inset panel on hinged top, losses to label and tears to top corner, small dent to front right side, minor losses to surface of feet.
