British, 18th/19th century, three transferware creamware cups, comprising: one loving cup, probably Staffordshire, two applied handles and black transfer motto, emblazoned wheat and tools, gilt, inscribed "The Husbandman Provides Bread/Trust in God/Diligence", "Industry Produceth Wealth", gilt painted to William Turner, blue tint lead glaze, handle restoration with hairline crack, 4-15/16 in. height, 9 in. width; one cylindrical tall token mug, hand painted rim, inscribed "When to your lips this cup you press/Drink to the friend that gave:/Nor ever by its Meannefs guefs/The giver Mean'd to fave.", 4 in. height, 2-3/4 in. diameter; one mulberry rim paint interior/exterior, inscribed on two sides with health/marriage mottos, ribbon and floral garland, blue tint lead glaze, 3-3/4 in. height, 3-3/4 in. width, Provenance: Private Williamsburg, Virginia Collection; Provenance: Private Williamsburg, Virginia Collection

Condition
Purchased items not picked up in Richmond by noon on Sunday will then be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
