Furniture American, 19th and 20th century: Chippendale style miniature pine and poplar slant-top desk, fitted interior, pull-out lid supports, English, early 19th century, impressed on base, "J. Bubb Maker", 8-1/4 in., [cracks and repairs to feet, regluing]; mahogany and bird's-eye maple miniature inlaid lift top blanket chest, signed and dated on base "2013", Dan Coors, New Carlisle Ohio, 20th century, 5-3/4 x 11 in.; Art Deco style inlaid mahogany and bird's-eye maple sideboard dresser box, inlaid hinged top, signed "Dan Coors, 2013", lined interior, 5-1/2 x 14 in., [good condition] . Notes: "J. Bubb Maker" was signature for John Bubb, London (active 1808-1835). A chest sold at Northeast Auctions in 2010 for $1600; related desk in Winterthur.. Provenance: accompanied with old sales receipts from 1971 - 1990(?)
