(Sandy Mush, North Carolina, contemporary) jar with dark brown runny glaze, cream highlights on one side, kaolin slip depictions to upper part of jar including turtle, fish, flower and looping band decoration at shoulder and belly, "M.Jones Maker 2008" under one of two arched strap handles, "Jones 2008, MJ" on base, 13-3/4 in.; small jug, olive green alkaline glaze, kaolin slip decoration on front of jug depicting a snake and bird on limbs among vegetation, applied strap handles, straight collared spout with tooled rim, "Jones 2009, MJ" on base, 11-1/4 in.; jug with kaolin ragweed decoration to front of jar, applied ridged strap handles, tooled rim," M Jones Maker 2013" in slip on back or jug, "Jones 2013" on base, 10-1/2 in.

glaze voids and anomalies as made, some minor surface abrasions to jug with snake, otherwise good condition

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
