two jugs with alkaline ash glaze, flared rims, applied strap handles, one inscribed "Meaders The Name in Pottery for 101 Years 1892-1993", 9-1/2 in., and one inscribed "Atlanta History Museum, October 1993, 15/24", both inscribed on base "Cleater and Billie Meaders…", 9 in.; with a runny alkaline glaze face jug with broken china teeth, white clay eyes, applied strap handle, "John Adams born Oct. 30 1735, died July 4 1826 Vice President Thomas Jefferson" inscribed on back, "Grace Nell Hewell…" inscribed on base, 9-1/2 in.. Condition: all in good condition, face jug and one jug with glaze loss to base edge as made, minor glaze anomalies to face jug.
