each with bold color and attractive overall presentation, legal tender with a couple of well-hidden vertical folds and uneven top margin (possibly trimmed); treasury note with light center fold; black eagle with multiple light folds; fractionals display as high grade, light discoloration, three cent with discrete pencil notation on back
