British or American, late 19th century, earthenware with bright glazes, cake plate on pedestal, possibly British, molded yellow basketweave and green palm leaves on mottled brown background, no marks, 4 x 9 in., overall good condition, various anomalies as made; two deep dishes, possibly Griffen, Smith and Hill, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, molded green and yellow leaves with a touch of pink, outside is coarsely mottled brown and green glazes, no marks, 2 x 10 in., glazes in bottom badly worn and discolored, wear on rims, one with small shallow glaze loss .
