British, late 19th century, of ivory globular form, long neck with bamboo design, decorated with bamboo and leaf decoration, acid stamped to base "Webb", English silver cap on chain, connecting to band on base of neck, cap with marks for Birmingham, 1887, maker's mark rubbed, .925 fine, 7-1/2 in.
