British, late 18th century, mahogany, oak and pine case, brass silvered dial signed "Thomas Wagstaff London" with Roman numerals and Arabic minutes, decorated with scroll spandrels, subsidiary dial with "strike and silent", engraved back plate, with key, 20 x 10-1/2 x 7 in.
