London, circa 1820, mahogany-veneered case with arched top, brass pineapple finial, 8 in. dial with Roman counters and marked "Thomas Richards London", elaborately scrolled brass-inlaid front, ring handles at sides over gilt cornucopia, eight-day fusee movement striking the hours, fitted with strike repeat activated by a pull cord, strike or silence lever, back plate and pendulum engraved, brass ball feet, 21-1/2 in..
