early 20th century, comprising: silk embroidered cloud collar, having figural, floral and butterfly decoration, metal appliques, suspended ribbon, double knot closure to neck, red silk lining; lavender vest with blue floral embroidery, black and teal ribbon trim set with rhinestones, knot closures, teal silk lining; embroidered jacket on purple fabric, button closures, green lining; embroidered and quilted skirt with dragon and bird decoration within foliate and butterfly trim, blue silk lining; gilt embroidered butterflies, dragonflies and lotus flowers on red silk fabric, alternating pleated panels, knot closures, blue silk lining, two character marks to waist band; skirt with embroidered floral sprays with butterflies on red fabric, no lining; wedding skirt with gilt floral embroidered decoration on red fabric, alternating pleated panels, suspended ribbons, pink lining; character marks to interior; court skirt with front and rear red panels, one embroidered with a phoenix, the other a dragon amongst clouds, multi colored ribbon panels with floral and mirror decoration, red lining; skirt with gilt embroidered dragon decoration amongst clouds on navy fabric, brocade trim, pleated at waist, navy lining; skirt with floral, butterfly and bat embroidery on blue fabric, gilt embroidered trim, alternating pleated panels, pale blue lining, longest 39-1/2 in.

Condition
cloud collar with tears to collar, some losses, separation to black ribbon trim, a few tears and areas of discoloration to interior silk lining; vest with moderate to heavy discoloration to interior lining, mild discoloration to exterior, missing a few rhinestones; purple example with wear to ribbons, slightly detached from collar, areas of discoloration to interior; skirt with a few loose threads, a few minor areas of discoloration to lining; red skirt having mild wear; red skirt with minor areas of discoloration; red gilt skirt in overall good condition; court skirt with a few minor areas of discoloration; navy skirt overall good condition; blue skirt with moderate wear, discoloration and holes to interior lining; loose threads and areas of loss to trim
Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
