English, 1898-9, emerald over pale ruby over colorless crystal, elegantly cut and engraved all over with scrolls, flowers and swirling fans, “hammered” surface surrounds flowers, English silver mounting and swirling ribbed stopper, stopper marked sterling, 1898-9, both with marks for Heath & Middleton, Birmingham, 1898, .925 fine, 9 in., light wear to base and silver, otherwise very good condition.
