Chinese, 19th century, steep flaring sides, brilliant glossy egg yolk yellow glaze, writhing dragon incised in well of bowl, ferocious dragon incised on each side amongst flames and flaming pearls above turbulent waters, Qianlong reign mark in underglaze blue, 3-3/4 x 6-1/4 in. chip to corner of foot rim, small frit on foot, scratches to well.
