Case Clock Eastern Tennessee or Southwestern Virginia, 19th century, grain-painted case with double-scroll pediment, inside of door boldly inscribed "1824 William Rhodes", the arched painted wooden dial "O. Hopkins, Litchfield" (Connecticut), 88 x 16 x 10 in.. Condition: dial in good condition with minor flaking and surface dirt, the case with modern paint, possible restoration to pediment (later paint at back ).
