attributed to Virginia, 1790-1810, urn-and-leaf patera inlaid top opening to a divided interior for 12 bottles, brass carrying handles, 13-1/2 x 19 x 15 in., conforming frame with inlaid single drawer on interlaced line-inlaid tapered legs, original bed molding, 24-3/4 x 21 x 16 in., restorations to lid including probably replaced top (nail scars at underside) with several cracks and some color restoration, triangular patch at back rail of top, drawer with shaved sides and replaced pulls, replaced interior dividers, refinished, scattered surface wear and abrasions.
