attributed to Tidewater, Virginia, late 18th century, yellow pine throughout with dry pale blue paint, open interior, dovetailed case, original bracket feet, battened top, 24-3/4 x 39 x 19-1/2 in.
hinges are old replacements, surface wear and paint losses, one rear foot bracket replaced, another bracket with later nails and patch at bottom, possible old restoration to bottom boards
