attributed to Alamance County, North Carolina, mid 19th century, clear glaze to interior, spiraling green slip line decoration to center basin wall, worn green and cream slip shape decoration to lower basin wall, cream slip wavy line decoration to interior rim, unglazed exterior, 3-1/4 x 13-1/2 in.. Condition: glaze loss and surface abrasions, wear and loss to slip decoration throughout, chips and losses to rim, 4-1/2 in. hairline crack from rim to base.
