English, early 19th century, fine enamel and gilt decoration, six plates impressed verso "Spode's New Stone", 9-1/2 in., minor losses to gilt and enamel, two with brown discoloration verso; with one matching soup bowl, possibly of a later date, marked illegibly in underglaze blue, 1-3/4 x 9-1/2 in., minor wear to gilt .
