comprised of six illustrated pages and two undecorated multi-ply covers: "Saunders, Daughter, was Born July 30th, Day in the year of our Lord 1789", "Delilah Saunders, Daughter, was born June 7th, Day in the year of our Lord 1791"; page inscribed "Melon Saunders, was born June 26th, Day in the year of our Lord 1793", "Hiram Saunders, was born July 10th, Day in the Year of our Lord 1795", inscribed verso; symmetrical design with birds, flowers, trees; blank page; page inscribed recto and verso; small page inscribed recto and verso; flowers in a vase; page inscribed "John Saunders was born October 18th Day in the year of our Lord 1753 and was married October 31st, Day AC 1700 to Charity Coal who was born December 7th, Day in the year of our Lord 1767; building with Freemason symbols, watercolor and ink on paper; largest, 6-1/2 x 6 in.

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction, or will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
