Japanese, chrysanthemum-form silver bowl with marks to base and [tomobako] indicating made by Nan Ryo; accompanying note says it was purchased in a Tokyo shop 1950-1953, bowl 2-3/4 x 6 in., [tomobako] 3-1/2 x 7 x 7 in., (two pieces). Condition: bowl with light surface rubs and scratches; [tomobako] in good condition.
