typed letter signed by Hoover dated November 15, 1928, a personal letter written to Miss Jean Ewing on Hoover's personal stationery, 10 x 7 in. (sight), with original envelope, matted and framed, 14 x 10-3/4 in.. Condition: slightly toned, otherwise very good; not examined out of frame.
