Walnut Marble-Top Sideboard
Ohio, stenciled mark in two central drawers "A. C. Richards Maker No. 12 East 4th St. Cincinnati, O.", stepped and mirrored back and variegated rouge-to-ivory marble top, four dovetailed drawers with bird's-eye maple lined bottoms over four cabinet doors with shelved interiors, boldly carved fruit appliques, burlwood veneers, paneled back, 109 x 70 x 23-1/2 in., loss at top of central crest, shelves with scattered paint stains and splatter especially at middle shelf, minor veneer chips and losses especially at base of sides.
