France, mid 19th century, of ovoid form, hand painted scene of ladies and putti in a garden setting, within gilt floral borders, the opposite side depicting a floral bouquet, gilt grape and ivy collar, mask decorated scrolled handles, raised on circular base and square plinth base, marked "Medaille D'Or F.R." to base, 18-1/4 in.
