.410 gauge, SN 111193, circa 1928, 26 in. barrels stamped "HUNTER ARMS CO. INC. M'F'R'S, FULTON, N.Y., U.S.A" and "L.C. SMITH, FIELD GRADE", "ARMOR STEEL" on underside of barrels, "Chambers 3 Inches" on barrel flats with other markings, brass bead front sight, feather-weight frame, double triggers, LOP 14 in., safety slide, "L.C. SMITH" engraved on side plates, case coloring with scroll and leaf engravings to entire receiver, lever release, and trigger guard, single engraved gold bird in flight to each side of receiver, matching engraving to top of barrels near breach, sides of barrel flats, and barrel lug, walnut stock with checkered pistol grip, walnut splinter forend with six point checkering pattern, hardened plastic butt plate and grip cap, 42-1/4 in. overall, 5 lbs., accompanied by a copy of The Hunter Arms Co. Research Letter regarding the original configuration and shipment of this firearm.

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction, or will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
