Note: A.P. Casey marked Colts are U.S. military-inspected Single Action Army (SAA) revolvers, particularly from the mid-1870s, identifiable by the inspector's small "C" mark stamped on various parts of the firearm, such as the trigger guard, cylinder, and back strap. These marks indicate the revolver passed through Ordnance Sub-Inspector A.P. Casey's inspection process, and the guns are often found in specific serial number ranges associated with U.S. Cavalry issues and are highly collectible.
