1960s/70s, aluminum shade with rotating knee joint connection to heavy disk-shaped wall plate, partial label inside shade "AL/MILANO" in green, white and red circle and "ARTEL…" in white letters on black ground, shade 9-1/2 in. long, wall plate 4-1/2 in. diameter new plug, shade grimy with one tiny nick in rim.
