one genuine and natural (earth mined) emerald-cut intense royal blue sapphire, estimated weight 11.77 cts., flanked by two 6.3-6.4 mm. off-round cultured pearls, and four round brilliant diamonds, estimated combined weight 0.28 cts., color G, clarity VS-2, 14 kt. yellow gold mount, finger mate type mechinism in shank, closed ring size 6-1/2, 10.5 grams gross weight; with 2003 appraisal light scratches and lighly abraded facet junctions on sapphire crown and pearls, light wear and tarnish on crown.
