light olive green alkaline glaze with some runs, small ovoid form, incised line and wavy line decoration at shoulder, two applied strap handles, flared collared rim with incised wavy line decoration, possibly made by W.T. Belcher, mid 19th century, 9-1/2 in.

glaze voids and anomalies as made, 2 in. firing line in glaze as made, 4 in. hairline down from rim, one handle entirely restored, another 4 in. hairline down from rim on opposite side of jar, 1/4 in. rim chip, some other rim abrasions, minor chips to base edge
