partial marks for Moscow, late 19th/early 20th century, round form with bail handle, tapered ring foot, allover brightly colored enameled scroll and floral decoration, partial maker's mark and later Latvian control marks (1920s-1930s), .875 fine, no monogram, 10.28 oz.
