Note: Robert Donald Clements is known for his dramatic sculptures that inhabit landscapes that are both public and private, monumental and intimate. He received a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University and an MFA from Pennsylvania State University. Clements taught art at the University of Georgia for 25 years, from 1969 to 1994, when he retired in order to make art full-time.
