American, late 19th/early 20th century, egg-shaped vase with "Italian" border over a brown aurene body, on a conforming gilt metal leaf-decorated stand, unsigned, 7-1/2 in., good condition with light surface wear and scratches (especially where it rests against the leaf-form supports), some corrosion and gilding losses to gilt base.
