circa 1815, the eglomise throat panel inscribed "Willard's Patent", the lower plate depicting the Constitution and Guerriere, unsigned white painted dial, weight winder and pendulum are present, brass works, case numbered in three places "34", appears to retain original eglomise throat and base panels, 40 x 10-1/2 x 10 in.
scattered small losses and stains to dial paint, eglomise paint generally good with some minor paint losses, mahogany case good overall with some losses to gilt highlights, especially at base molding and acorn drop, finial possibly replaced, repair at acorn drop attachment, panels appear to be original, see detailed photos
