British, 19th century or possibly period, mahogany veneered frames with beech cores, latticework back and arm supports, square legs with pierced corner brackets, mahogany seat frames with caned seats, 37-1/4 x 21-1/2 x 21-1/2 in.

very good overall considering fragile nature of the design, most seat blocking replaced, scattered minor repairs at crest rail and arm attachments, scattered minor repairs and restorations to latticework elements, some cracks and repairs at arm supports, corner brackets largely restored, some cracks and finish distress to slip seat frames with some distress and damages to caning; one chair with face patches and repairs at joints of stiles to crest; one chair with possible restorations at front legs
