in a fine state, typical light surface wear, rubbing to feet and proper right rear foot with small patch, some repair and restoration to cracked or lifted veneer and inlay. Client's files include a furniture survey report and proposed treatment to add reversible shims to side rails, reattach veneer and inlay cleavage, replace missing string inlay with same wood, replace missing rosewood banding, clean surface overall, remove iron oxide stains, neutralize acid treatment and test for subsequent acidity, reverse bloomed areas, remove dents to front top edge, refinish surface coat with shellac and apply a top protective coat of Renaissance wax (a copy of this report accompanies the lot)
