Probably British, probably 15th/16th century, oak throughout, single board top with molded edge, on shaped square legs, trestle form base, 21 x 66 x 15 in. - Provenance: Estate of Paul W. Doll, Jr., Lake Toxaway, North Carolina
shrinkage crack at one end of top, other warping and edge wear, cracks at one leg with some later nails (lacking one pin), pest damage with some losses at feet (two later risers), early patch and repair at stretcher
