British, 18th century, dial signed "S. Collier, Eccles" (Samuel Collier, Eccles, Lancashire, 1750-1806), brass movement, carved with blind fretwork and surmounted with small turned finials, the waisted case with fluted quarter columns and ogee bracket feet, two weights and pendulum included, 60 x 13-1/2 x 7-3/4 in.
