probably English, first half 18th century, in fine old surface, hinge lid with open interior single drawer and turned feet the surface with relief carving depicting birds and thistles, with the initials "AT", original turned feet, 13 x 23-1/2 x 12-1/2 in.

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction, or will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. good condition overall, hinges are old replacements, some shrinkage and warping to lid with minor loss at one corner, old patch at one case side, old holes and minor pest damage at backboard
